Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Pulogo when you use the app and this website.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Draft for legal review. This version of the Terms describes what Pulogo does today, checked against the App's code on October 6, 2026, and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Pulogo is not on the App Store yet; the final text may change before launch.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and HayatoLab Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 48.551.929/0001-35), a company registered in Brazil (“Pulogo”, “we”), developer of the Pulogo app for iPhone (the “App”) and the pulogo.app website (together, the “Service”).
By installing or using the App, buying Pulogo Pro or using the Site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that your country's consumer protection law guarantees and that cannot be waived by contract; section 18 lists those rights by country.
In short
- Pulogo is an iPhone app that takes what you save (Reels, TikToks, screenshots and links) and helps you decide, a little each day, what to do, keep or let go.
- What you save stays on your iPhone and remains yours. Nothing disappears without an action from you: Let go archives, and permanent deletion only happens in Settings, with a confirmation.
- Getting started is free, and the daily triage has no limit. Pulogo Pro brings in the past: old screenshots in your camera roll and old Instagram and TikTok saves.
- Pro is sold by Apple on the App Store: monthly or annual, with automatic renewal, or lifetime, with no renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- What's already in Pulogo stays yours, with or without Pro.
- These Terms follow Brazilian law, and you keep the protections of the consumer law where you live, and may go to the courts where you live when that law allows it. There is no mandatory arbitration.
1. What Pulogo is
Pulogo is an app that turns what you save on your phone into things you do. You send a Reel, a TikTok, a screenshot or a link through the Share menu or paste it into the App; the App reads what it can on the iPhone itself (title, category, screenshot text); and every day it shows a few cards for you to decide: Do, Keep or Let go. What you decide to do goes to the To do list, and the weekly recap counts what got done.
Catch-up brings the screenshots sitting in your camera roll and your old Instagram and TikTok saves into triage, in daily doses, and Clear roll removes from your camera roll the screenshots you've already decided on.
Some features are free and others require Pulogo Pro (section 5). What each plan includes is shown in the App before purchase and may change as the product evolves. We will not remove a feature you've already paid for in the middle of a billing period without offering a fair alternative or a refund where the law requires it.
Before launch, Pulogo may be available as a test version through TestFlight. Test versions may have bugs and change without notice, and Apple's TestFlight terms also apply to them.
We may update, improve, change or discontinue parts of the Service. If we discontinue the App entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice and stop renewing subscriptions.
2. What you save remains yours
This is Pulogo's rule: nothing you've saved is deleted, hidden or altered without an explicit action from you.
- Let go archives the save in Let go, where it comes back whenever you want. Let go deletes nothing.
- Delete permanently only exists in Settings → Let go, and asks for confirmation.
- The App does not delete anything because of age, a quota or because a subscription ended.
- Clear roll only removes from your camera roll screenshots you've already decided on and that already have a light copy in Pulogo, and iOS asks for your confirmation first. Removing a screenshot from your camera roll does not delete the save.
- The Instagram and TikTok import only reads the export file. Pulogo does not touch your account on those platforms or the original file.
What you save stays on your iPhone, not on a Pulogo server, and we do not have a copy. If you delete the App or lose your device without an iPhone backup, that data is lost, and we cannot recover it. We recommend keeping iPhone backup turned on.
3. How the App works on your iPhone
Processing runs on the device and depends on Apple features and on whoever publishes the links. That's why we cannot guarantee that every result is accurate:
- Text read from a screenshot may contain errors, and the chosen category may not be the right one.
- A link preview depends on the source site. Posts that are private, deleted or that the site won't let be read may end up with only the address or a notice; the save stays in Pulogo regardless.
- The daily background check for new screenshots happens when iOS allows it. The App does not promise a time.
- The import depends on the format of the export file that Instagram and TikTok provide, which changes from time to time. If a file can't be read, the App tells you; nothing is dropped silently.
Each item shows the stage it's in and ends up ready or with the reason it failed. If something doesn't work as described here, write to hello@pulogo.app.
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pulogo. If the law where you live requires an older age to accept these Terms (for example, 18 in Brazil for a fully valid contract, including a purchase), you may only use Pulogo with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
Today the App has no account or login: Pulogo works with what's on your iPhone, and purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
5. Free and Pulogo Pro
What's free
Saving through the Share menu or the App's field, screenshots taken after you installed Pulogo, unlimited daily triage, Do, To do, the recap, Clear roll for screenshots that are in Pulogo, and a sample of 20 items from the camera roll backlog and the import.
What's Pro
The past: the library backlog (screenshots from before installation) and the full import of old Instagram and TikTok saves, plus Marathon across all of it.
Plans
Pulogo Pro is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, with automatic renewal, or as a lifetime purchase, with no renewal. The price, billing period and what's included are shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store confirmation before payment, in your local currency and with the taxes Apple collects. Prices vary by country.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, at the current price, and your Apple ID is charged within the 24 hours before the end of each period, unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel
Cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pulogo, or at any time in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep Pro until then. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Lifetime
The lifetime purchase is paid once and gives access to Pro with no renewal, for as long as Pulogo is offered on the App Store, on your Apple ID and through Family Sharing where Apple allows it.
Payment
Apple is the seller and processes all payments. We never see your card or payment details. Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to your purchase.
Price changes
If we change the price of a subscription, Apple will notify you in advance, according to its rules and the law of your country. Where consent is required, the new price only applies if you accept it; otherwise, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.
When Pro ends
Nothing is locked. What has already come into Pulogo, including the free sample and everything imported during Pro, stays open and can be triaged, with or without a subscription. Only the backlog that hadn't come in yet waits.
6. Refunds
Because Apple sells and bills all purchases, refunds are decided by Apple, under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or in the App Store, in your purchase history. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly, but we'll help: write to hello@pulogo.app.
This does not limit any right of withdrawal or refund that your country's consumer law guarantees (see section 18 and our Refund Policy).
7. Acceptable use
Pulogo is for personal use. You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, including storing or distributing content you don't have the right to have;
- use Pulogo to copy, republish or resell third-party content you saved;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- bypass or tamper with purchase verification, or exploit flaws to obtain Pro features;
- access the Site with bots or automated means in a way that overloads it;
- use the Pulogo name or other elements of our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.
8. License and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by these Terms and by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions (the App may also be used by other accounts in your Family Sharing group, when enabled).
The App, the Site and all their designs, text, illustrations, software and trademarks belong to HayatoLab Tecnologia LTDA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of them to you.
What you save and create in the App (notes, lists, collections, decisions) remains yours and stays on your device; we receive no license to it. The posts, videos, recipes and pages you save still belong to whoever published them.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
If you believe something in the Service infringes your copyright, write to hello@pulogo.app identifying the work, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
9. Third-party services and content
The Service depends on Apple (App Store, payments, Photos, notifications, text recognition and link previews) and on the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for services we don't control.
Pulogo is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance or YouTube. These platforms' names appear only to explain where your saves come from.
The content of your saves (recipes, places, tips, prices, opening hours) belongs to third parties. We do not verify whether it is correct, up to date or safe; check it before acting on it.
10. Apple App Store specific terms
The following applies because you obtained the App from Apple's App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Pulogo, not Apple. Pulogo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support for the App. Support questions go to hello@pulogo.app.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the App's purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Pulogo's responsibility, to the extent they cannot be disclaimed.
- Pulogo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Pulogo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Warranties
We work to keep Pulogo reliable and will fix defects we become aware of within a reasonable time. Beyond that, and to the extent the law of your country allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not promise that it will work without interruptions or errors, or that it will produce any specific result.
Nothing in this section excludes the legal guarantees that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract, such as the guarantees of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the conformity guarantee for digital content in the European Union, or the statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, Pulogo is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, or for the loss of data stored only on your device (section 2), and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or R$ 100 / US$ 20 if you paid nothing).
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or willful misconduct, and defects governed by consumer protection laws that do not allow this kind of limit, such as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
13. Termination
You can stop using the Service whenever you want by deleting the App. If you have a subscription, also cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
Because the App has no account, there is no account to suspend. If we discontinue Pulogo, we will give reasonable advance notice, stop renewing subscriptions, and what's already on your iPhone will stay there as long as the App is installed.
Clauses that by their nature should continue to apply (such as intellectual property, liability and governing law) survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you in the App at least 15 days before they take effect, unless the change needs to apply sooner for legal or security reasons. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect; continuing to use it after that means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the consumer law of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts where you live, if that law gives you that right.
There is no mandatory arbitration or class action waiver in these Terms. Before going to court, talk to us at hello@pulogo.app: most problems are solved quickly by email, and we reply within 10 business days.
16. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the conditions shown at the time of a purchase form the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability: if a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce a right right away, we are not waiving it.
- Assignment: we may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over the Service, as long as your rights are not reduced.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at Apple, at the platforms links come from or at our suppliers, natural disasters or government acts.
- Languages: these Terms are available in several languages. They are drafted in Portuguese; if the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails, unless your local law requires the version in your language to prevail.

18. Consumer rights by country
Pulogo will be sold in App Store storefronts in several countries. The rules above apply everywhere, subject to the local rights below. If your country isn't on the list, you keep all the rights your local law guarantees.
Brazil
- Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990, “CDC”) applies to your relationship with Pulogo, and any clause in these Terms that contradicts the CDC has no effect.
- Right of withdrawal: for purchases made outside a physical store, you may withdraw within 7 days of the purchase, the first subscription charge or the lifetime purchase (CDC, art. 49), with a full refund. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com or write to hello@pulogo.app and we'll help process it with Apple.
- You may bring a claim in the courts of your own place of residence (CDC, art. 101). You can also file a complaint at consumidor.gov.br or with your city's PROCON.
- Prices are shown in reais, with taxes included by Apple.
European Union and EEA
- Right of withdrawal: under Directive 2011/83/EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content or a digital service. When you buy Pro on the App Store, you request that the service start immediately and acknowledge that, where the Directive allows it, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or, for digital content, once supply has begun. For subscriptions, you may still withdraw within 14 days, and may be charged only for the part of the period already provided. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Legal guarantee of conformity: under Directive (EU) 2019/770, you are entitled to digital content and services that conform to the contract. If they don't, you can ask for the defect to be fixed, or for a price reduction or termination with a refund.
- Your courts: you may bring a claim in the courts of the EU country where you live, and that country's mandatory consumer law applies.
- Out-of-court help: your country's consumer authority or the European Consumer Centres Network (eccnet.eu) can help with cross-border disputes.
United Kingdom
- Cancellation: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. When you buy Pro, you agree to the immediate supply of digital content, which means the right to cancel may be lost once supply has begun; request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Statutory rights: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is faulty, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
- You may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live. Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) offers free guidance.
United States
- Automatic renewal: before you subscribe, the App and Apple show the price, the billing period, that the subscription renews automatically until canceled, and how to cancel. You can cancel online at any time in your Apple ID settings, as required by state automatic renewal laws (including California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq.).
- No arbitration: these Terms contain no arbitration clause and no class action waiver.
- California residents: under California Civil Code § 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
- New Jersey residents: the limitations in sections 11 and 12 apply only to the extent permitted by New Jersey law.
- Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limits above may not apply to you.
Canada
- Your province's consumer protection law applies in addition to these Terms, including any right of cancellation and rules on renewal of distance contracts.
- Québec residents: the clauses in sections 11, 12 and 15 that exclude or limit liability or impose a forum do not apply to you to the extent they are inconsistent with the Loi sur la protection du consommateur (CQLR c P-40.1). You may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (opc.gouv.qc.ca).
Mexico
- The Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor applies. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos, with taxes included.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings, through the same means you used to subscribe.
- You can file a complaint with PROFECO (gob.mx/profeco) and go to the competent authorities in Mexico.
Japan
- Digital content purchased on the App Store is sold by Apple, and the information required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) for those sales is provided by Apple. For questions about Pulogo itself, write to hello@pulogo.app.
- Under the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法), any clause in these Terms that fully exempts Pulogo from liability for damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or that unilaterally harms your interests contrary to the principle of good faith, has no effect.
- You can get guidance from your local consumer affairs center (消費生活センター) by calling 188.
India
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply. Prices are shown in rupees, with taxes included by Apple.
- Grievance officer: complaints can be sent to hello@pulogo.app. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
- You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in, 1915) and bring a claim before the consumer commission where you live.
Other countries
If you live in any other country, these Terms apply together with the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country, and any clause that contradicts those rules does not apply to you. Write to hello@pulogo.app and we'll explain how to exercise your local rights.
