Refund Policy
How to cancel, how to get your money back and the rights you have in your country.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Draft for legal review. This Policy describes what Pulogo does today, checked against the App's code on October 6, 2026, and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Pulogo is not on the App Store yet; the final text may change before launch.
Every Pulogo purchase is sold and billed by Apple, on the App Store. That means Apple decides refunds under its own policies, but we always help you get an answer. This page explains how, and what your country's law adds.
1. How to request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Tap “I'd like to”, choose “Request a refund”, give the reason and select the Pulogo purchase.
- Apple usually responds within 48 hours. You can track the status on the same page.
You can also request it from your iPhone: App Store → your profile → Purchase History. If Apple denies a request you believe you're entitled to under your country's law, write to hello@pulogo.app with the purchase date and we'll take the case to Apple.
2. Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled whenever you want: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pulogo → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.
The lifetime purchase doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. It can be refunded by Apple or where the law requires it.
Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
3. What happens to what you saved
Canceling, letting the subscription lapse or getting a refund doesn't delete or lock anything. What has already come into Pulogo stays yours and open for triage, with or without Pro. Only the camera roll and import backlog that hadn't come in yet waits.
4. What's free
Saving, the daily triage, Do, the recap and Clear roll are free, so there's no charge for them and nothing to refund.
5. Refund rights by country
These rights are in addition to Apple's policy. The full details are in our Terms of Use.
Brazil
You may withdraw within 7 days of the lifetime purchase or the first subscription charge, with a full refund (Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
European Union and EEA
You have 14 days to withdraw from a new purchase. If you asked for the service to start immediately, you may be charged only for the part already provided. Faulty digital content entitles you to a fix, a price reduction or a refund.
United Kingdom
You have 14 days to cancel, subject to the rules on immediate supply of digital content. Faulty digital content entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
United States
You can cancel online at any time in your Apple ID settings; canceling stops the next renewal. State laws may give you additional rights.
Other countries
Your country's consumer law applies. Write to hello@pulogo.app and we'll help.
