Save
The way you already save, no new habits.
From Share in any app
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest or Safari. Two taps, "Saved to Pulogo" appears and you're back to what you were watching.
With a screenshot
New screenshots from your camera roll come in on their own, with a light copy kept in the app.
By pasting a link
There's a field on the Today screen for pasting a link or picking a screenshot.
By bringing in old saves
Through the official Instagram and TikTok data file, read on your iPhone, with no login and no password. Part of Pro, with a sample of 20 on free.

Sort
Every save arrives with a name and a place.
Title, category and text
Recipe, place, workout, shopping, study. The text in each screenshot is read right here on your iPhone and becomes searchable.
Every step has a name
You see which stage each save is in. If something doesn't work, the app tells you what, instead of making it vanish.

Decide
A few cards a day, with a beginning, a middle and an end.
Daily triage
A short batch, with the reason each card is there and a summary at the end. No infinite scroll.
Do, Keep or Let go
Three ways out. Do goes to the To do list, Keep stays in the Library, Let go gets it out of your way.
Keep brings it back at the right time
What you keep comes back after 3, 7, 21 and 60 days, so you can decide again.
Let go doesn't delete
What you let go stays in Let go, where you can restore it whenever you want.

To do list
With the screenshot, the link and whatever else was in the save. Did it? Mark it Done.
Profile and weekly recap
Things done and screenshots sorted, counted in your Profile. The weekly recap shows what made it off your phone.

Find
For when you remember the save, but not where it is.
Library with automatic lists
Recipes with recipes, places with places, workouts with workouts. The lists build themselves.
Search by screenshot text
Type "lemon" and search finds the recipe that was in a screenshot, because its text was read.

Tidy the camera roll
Catch-up takes the backlog and serves it in doses.
To decide
A counter of what hasn't been through triage yet. It goes down right in front of you.
Daily dose
Ten from the backlog come in along with the day's saves. You can change the dose size in Settings.
Marathon
For when you want to clear it all at once: blocks of 25, and you stop whenever you want.
Clear roll
Once you've decided, it removes only the decided screenshots from your camera roll. Your iPhone asks for confirmation, and the light copy with the text stays in Pulogo.
Questions about features
Does Pulogo read my whole photo library?
No. It only looks at screenshots, and only after you allow it. Photos of people, videos and the rest of your library stay out of it.
Does it need the internet?
To read the text and category of your screenshots, no: that happens on the iPhone. To show a link preview, your iPhone opens that link, just like Safari would.
Does it work with Instagram and TikTok?
Yes, through each app's Share button. Your old saves from there come in through the official data file, which you request on the platform itself.
What doesn't Pulogo do yet?
It doesn't have a calendar, map, grocery list, location reminders, video transcription, shared lists, widgets, a web version, iPad or Android yet. When any of that exists, it goes on this page.
